You can send your request through hello@mamoocrafts.com with as much information as possible, and I will get back to you as soon as possible to discuss your customization.

I usually send a few design options based on what we discussed, and once the design is chosen, I start the embroidering. 

Customized products usually take up to 4 weeks to be ready for delivery.

It takes usually 4 weeks for your customized product to be ready for shipping/ delivery. If you need your product before this lead time, please let me know in advance, and I will try to accommodate as much as possible.

You can also choose some of the ready-to-ship products. They are equally beautiful and special since all our products are handmade.

It takes a little while for your customized product to be ready because everything at Mamoo Crafts is handmade by artisans who put a lot of love and care for your order to be very special as a custom order should be. Each embroidery is unique, and the design is custom made to each client.

When you order a customized product, I guarantee it will be a one-of-a-kind product.

There are no limits here at Mamoo Crafts. 

You can let your imagination wander and ask for whatever will make your product special for you. 

I am Brazilian, so some products will have quotes in Portuguese, and of course, I use a lot of English in my products too, but I am more than happy to do custom embroidery in your native language. It has to be special, and so we will do whatever is necessary to make that happen.

Mamoo Craft is a small business that invests and partners with other small businesses in Canada and around the world. Therefore, we are currently unable to offer free shipping and returns.
